Upset

I am really upset that I sprained my foot during training. My first training after being out for a month and this kind of shit happen. I know there is no such thing as the right timing to get injure but this is the worst timing to be in this state. Hopefully after icing and elevation it will be better Tomorrow. Trying to be positive about it. I don’t wanna to go through that period again....
